ROSES ON ICE - KILIAN

For the duo Roses on Ice and Angels' Share, Kilian draws inspiration from liqueurs that refer to his Hennessy heritage. Roses on ice is reminiscent of his wife's favorite drink, Hendricks on the rocks: Hendricks gin infused with Bulgarian rose and cucumber with a splash of lime. The perfume is the result of a collaboration with the famous German perfumer Franck Voelkl, known for enhancing the woody note in his creations. The ode to gin is found throughout the Roses in Ice olfactory experience, with the opening freshness of cucumber and juniper berries. The centifolia rose in the heart notes rounds out the icy side of the fragrance. The musky and woody base recalls the lively and sharp character of the spirit. The result is a festive scent, as fresh as it is woody and spicy. Roses on Ice is a true homage to the freshness of gin, a sophisticated alcohol.
